Care instructions
Try to wash your knit as little as possible - this will keep it in pristine condition.

If you need to wash it, spot cleaning or hand washing is best. If you must put it in the washing machine, put it in a delicates bag on a delicate wash.
​
Cold water water is best.
​
Lay flat to dry.
​
Please note that the not all of the yarn is made the same, so some yarns will wash better than others. This is why we recommend a gentle spot clean when needed.
Shipping policy
Bella Mae items are made to order, and therefore take time to create. Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be completed.

Items are shipped from Tauranga, NZ. Please allow 2-4 business days for you to receive your order.
​
Tauranga residents can collect their items, free of charge. The pick-up address will be emailed once the order has been completed.
​
For orders over $100 there is free shipping.
​
Shipping is available to Australia. Free shipping for any orders over $150.
Returns, faults and refunds
If you believe you have not received the order you wanted, or your item is faulty, please email bellamae.nz@gmail.com. If a refund needs to be issued, this will be processed, but please remember this might take several days for the bank to sort this.

Bella Mae items are personalised especially for you. Therefore we cannot accept returns. Please make sure you thoroughly check out the style and fonts that are used and your selections.
